Admin History:
Even after the separation in 1912 of the parishes of Epping Upland, All Saints, and Epping, St John the Baptist, this register includes residents of the town of Epping: the Epping Church Act 1888 (51 & 52 Vic. c.152, s.24) prohibited burials from taking place at the new church of St John the Baptist.

This register was closed in 1977 when the churchyard at Epping Upland was closed to new burials except interments of ashes.
