Manor and capital messuage of Cannons with lands (282 acres, field-names) in Great Parndon, Little Parndon and Roydon formerly belonging to Beelbigh Abbey, messuages called Reignolds and lands (33 acres), Gramphorns (171 acres) and 3 other messuages with lands (155 acres), all in Great Parndon;
manor and capital messuage of Marks Hall, moiety of manor of Latton, site of Latton Priory, watermill called Latton Mill and messuage called Chantry House, all in Latton;
manors of Roydon Hall and Temple Roydon in Roydon and Fyfield Hall in Fyfield;
land (131 acres) in Eastwick, Hunsdon and other parishes in Hertfordshire, and Suffolk Place Farm in Plumstead, Kent.

will of John Hanchett of Great Parndon, yeoman, 1556, and Sir Edward Altham of Marks Hall, Latton, knight, 1632;
pre-nuptial settlement of Richard Child, son of Sir Josiah Child of Wanstead, deceased, and Dorothy, daughter of John Glynn of Henley Park, Surrey, and niece of Frederick Tylney of Tylney Hall, Hampshire, 1703;
list of tenants of Cannons, 1693.
Marriage settlement, 1703, contains schedule of lands with rental. Many deeds bear armorial seals; bargain and sale, 1696, has signature of Sir Josiah Child, and deed for securing annuity,1804, signature of Catherine Tylney Long. Crown licence of 1644 has good portrait of King Charles II with Great Seal (damaged).
