Scope and Content:
1) Messuage and farm called Rockwells in Willingale Spain and Willingale Doe (tenant); messuage and farm in High Ongar in tenure of John Grey; moiety of messuages in Chipping Ongar, occupied by Benjamin Ash and subsequently his widow, James Helmes, apothecary, - Thorowgood, blacksmith, and widow Thorowgood; moiety of messuage in Chipping Ongar in possession of Richard Guy; and piece of meadow near the Great Bridge of Chipping Ongar, occupied by John Russell

Bequeathed to Thomas Evans, rector of Clungunford, Shropshire, and John Pryce of Cofronnydd, Montgomeryshire, esquire, to the intent that Bennet Alexander Bennet esquire of High Ongar and Luke Dow, gentleman, of Chipping Ongar, during the lifetime of testator's sister, Anne, wife of Thomas Binkes, gentleman, of Chipping Ongar, pay her a yearly rent of £10, the premises being in trust for Richard Rock of Trefnanny, Montgomeryshire, esquire, and Dorothy his wife, testator's eldest daughter, and their heirs; in default thereof, Rockwells bequeathed to the use of grandson Richard Bull, second son of testator's other daughter Dame Elizabeth Bull, wife of Sir John Bull, knight, and his heirs, with remainder, including the other property above, to said Sir John Bull of Chipping Ongar and Dame Elizabeth his wife, with remainders successively to John Bull, their eldest son, to Richard Bull and other sons and daughter of Dame Elizabeth Bull, and to Dorothy Rock and her heirs.

2) Capital messuage in Chipping Ongar, occupied by Sir John Bull and John Ash, other moiety of tenements and meadow in Chipping Ongar (as above)

Bequeathed to John Green of Boys Hall, esquire, and Bennett Alexander Bennett of Marden Ash [High Ongar], esquire, to pay a yearly rent of £10 to Anne Binkes, the premises being in trust for Sir John and Dame Elizabeth Bull, with remainders successively to John Bull and his heirs, to Richard Bull and his heirs, to the other children of Dame Elizabeth Bull, then to Richard and Dorothy Rock and their heirs

Sister Anne Binkes left £20 for mourning.
Residue to daughter Dorothy Rock and Dame Elizabeth Bull (executrices).
