Price Evans of Foxhatch, Doddinghurst, clerk; and (iii) Sarah Evans of Shelley, esq. capital messuage of tenement situate behind the town and church of Chipping Ongar, formerly in the occupation of Richard Turner esq., afterwards Sir John Bull, since of Ric. Rowse esq., late of James Cromptoon, and now of Rice Evans; Yard Piece (\'bd a.) near the said town of Chipping Ongar called the Timber Yard, in the tenure of William Moore, carpenter, and late of James Eve, abutting E. upon yard of the above capital messuage, W. upon the town of Chipping Ongar, S. upon the ground where on sone cottages belonging to the Rectory of Chipping Ongar lately stood, and upon the high road from Chipping Ongar town to the said capital messuage, N. upon houses now or late of Ric. Henry Alexander Bennett esq.; several Bridge in Chipping Ongar (total 8a.), in the occupation of Henry Carney, late of James Crompton, now of Rice Evans; piece of land called the Hoppit, formerly a garden (1a.) called Ware Lane Garden in Chipping Ongar, formerly in the occupation of John Phillips, afterwards Wm Willis, late James Crompton, now Rice Evans
