Out of court surrender for £18 of John Dyer of Latchingdon, yeoman, and wife Anne to use of Abraham Griffinhoofe of Chelmsford, apothecary, of a customary cottage or tenement and parcel of waste, in length 200 and in breadth 100 foot of assize, on the green called Woodhill, copyhold of the manor of Sandon Hall in Sandon and Danbury; accompanying bond of good title.
Modern transcription stored in envelope with surrender; envelope in which bond is stored is endorsed by Frederic Carne Rasch [2nd baronet (1880-1960)] 'deed re a house in the old orchard at Woodhill'.
