Agreement to levy a fine in Court of Common Pleas
Property: Messuage in Market place, bounded by the watercourse known as the Slade, bridge leading from Goldstreet to the Market place, property known as the Stone and property formerly owned by the Abbot and Convent of the monastery of Walden now in the occupation of Robert Child, and also two messuages commonly called The Stone formerly in the possession of John Newman joiner, deceased, now one in the possession of James Robinson, the other in the possession of John Pettit of Walden cordwainer, next to the bridge from Goldstreet to the Market place and abutting Hill Street.
Purpose of fine: that the messuage occupied by Robert Child shall be for his sole use, and the other two messauges shall be for the sole use of James Robinson.
