Includes engraving of the church by Charles Grigg Tait, notes on the church, indexes of persons, places in and out of Essex and occupations, with map of the church interior and churchyard.

Memorials in the churchyard include one for W J Gosling of the Royal Horse Artillery, died at Ypres, 1916.

Memorials in the church include those for the First World War; plaque listing rectors and vicars1163-1991; various for the Jolliffe and Tufnell families; stone from Pleshey Castle believed to have been inscribed with 'Ricardus Rex II' by King Richard II after he murdered Thomas Duke of Gloucester, owner of the castle.
