Single register used in three distinct periods. Although on paper, first part not original but a transcript made 1589. Second part was apparently begun as a central register of baptisms and marriages for every parish in the borough and includes a few entries for outside parishes.
At end of first part: baptisms of Furly family, 1657-1666, and births of Goodda family, 1669-post 1675. After burials, 1648: receipts for two subscriptions towards 'present' to King Charles II, 1661. After burials, 1751: list of briefs with total amounts collected, 1704-1733, 1742 and 1752.

At end, reversed: marriages 1706-1752; burials 1716-1799
