Prisoners in Chelmsford prison talking about their experience of life in prison, and what it is like to be locked up, how some prisoners cope better than others, and the interaction with other prisoners and prison staff. Prisoners tell how they try to personalise their cells to make it feel like they are at home. One prisoner recounts the story of an inmate throwing himself off a balcony, injuring himself in the process, and the humour that ensues in order to survive . Produced by Anton Jarvis.
