Piece of land, parcel of a field (formerly of Edward Chinery) called Gt. or Lt. Homfield and now fenced off therefrom, with garden (3r.) thereto adjoining and the cottages and buildings erected thereon, all in Great Henny, in occupation of John Barker and Josiah Orbell


Recites: (a) Conveyance (Lease and Release) of even date bet. (i) William Taylor and James Halls (assignees of estate of Isaac Hurrell of Great Henny, miller and bankrupt, decd.), (ii) Edw.
