(25 October 1751); close of land (3a.) called Heydons abutting s. and W. upon lands formerly of John Duke, afterwards of Ph. Martin, gent., E. upon the river, M. upon lands formerly of John Holmsted and Benjamin Camp, upon surrende by William Townsend, gentleman (31 October 1753); piece of land (1a.) in Northfield, abutting N., E., W. upon land late of John Gibson, S. upon Common Heydons, upon surrender by Edward Wilson and w. Jane 921 October 1761); messuage at North End, wherein George Bull formerly dwelt, and croft of pasture and close of arable land (6a.) thereto adjoining, now in occupation of Peter Norris, to which Sir Conyers Jocelyn was admitted upon surrender by John Gibson (13 October 1762); close of land and pasture (2a.) cxalled Colesfield, enclosed out of Northfield, abutting N. upon land late of John Gibson, S. upon land late of Elizabeth Palmer, wid., upon surrender by William Beaumont and w.
