1,235 acres in centre and south of Roxwell, extreme east of Shellow Bowells, and a small area in the east of Willingale Doe. Shows buildings sketched in perspective view; layout of gardens and park 'within the pale' at Skreens; hopgrounds; names of farms and fields; names of some owners and occupiers. Compass rose; cartouche with [Bramston] arms, Or, on a fesse sable, three plates. Neatly drawn and coloured, with scroll-work around title and coat of arms; gilded hearts used as a decorative motif. Especially in title, a notable variety of letter-forms.
