Presentments by Hundreds of Witham and Hinckford.
John Joyater and William Fisher, both of Great Henny, for not hearing divine service read since St. Bartholomaw, being five Sundays since.
John Thompson of "Phabon" [Faulkbourne] gent., for not hearing divine service these five Sundays.
Wm. Simpson, William Sewell, John Stow, Thomas Webb, Thomas Manning, John Siday, Mary Guner widow, "called quaker", for not coming to their parish church of pemmarsh and bearing the divine service read ever since St. Bartholomew being five Sundays. (This is the earliest mention of Ouakers in the Sessions Rolls].
Edmd. Harwood of Pebmarsh, being a disordered person and common sweaer and curser.
Andrew Howe, William Hockeby, Anthony Peachey, of Fairstead, for not coming to church and hearing divine servine read these five Sundays.
Sam. Coleman and John Fletcher, for the not coming to their parish church of Lamarah and not hearing divine service read these five Sundays (last)
