Footpath 6 feet wide leading through Bykemereslane beyond Bykemerescroft, of the said William towards Munkmelmes, the mill of Hatfield Priory, in Hatfield Broad Oak

Recites that there has been 'strife and contention' between the parties over the footpath and because it is presented by the showing of muniments of the Priory made to them by predecessors of William, formerly tenants of the said croft, that the Priory and all others were accustomed to use the footpath to the mill and ought of right to use it, rectification is to be made
