Side A contains first-half highlights. Side B contains second-half highlights, plus brief post-match interviews with Chairman of the Colchester United Supporters Club, Tom Atkinson, former Chairman, Ralph Woollard, and two unnamed women who were selling programmes at the match.

Liner notes: "Week after week, for many years, members of the Colchester United Supporter's Club [sic] have relayed commentaries on all the U's home games to patients in eight hospitals in Colchester, Braintree and Black Notley. Through this service, somewhere in the region of 2,000 patients have been able to enjoy a kick by kick description of all home games and many away ones too.
It would certainly be fair therefore, to add at least another 2,000 unseen supporters urging Colchester United on at 3 p.m. on 13th February 1971, when a game that was to go down in the annuls [sic] of football history got under way."

This match saw Colchester United, then in the 4th Division, beat Leeds United who were in the 1st Division and were, at that time, regarded as one of the best teams both in the English league and in Europe.
