Four ballads sung or spoken in dialect: 'Wi' is Owd Cadepowt' (catapult), 'Owd Rat-Tayled Tinker from Owd Lunnon Town' and 'Dingie ' underd ghoosts O'Alloween' (listen above) are in the Essex dialect; 'The Queen Bee and Me in the Residency' is, supposedly, in the Australian dialect.
