Robert Brewer, Thomas Tendryng and Thomas Buxston, all of Chelmsford, Thomas Brewer (son of said Robert), Robert Plomer senior, Thomas Sall, gentleman, and William Munde, to William Strete and his wife Joan, and William Heyward, all of Chelmsford, Thomas Lovell, knight, Alexander Quadryng esquire, Richard Pratte and John Colvyle
Messuage with the houses built thereon and adjacent garden in Chelmsford, formerly belonging to Katherine Cowper, between the tenement formerly of William Spryngfeld and the land of Thomas Tyrell, knight., one head abutting on the garden formerly of William Spryngfeld and the other on the highway from Chelmsford to Braintree.
To use of William Strete and his wife Joan.
Recites that the donors held of the feoffment of William Fayreher of Norwich, tailor, son and heir of William Fayreher, senior, and his wife Katherine, both formerly of Chelmsford.
