Henry Jepson of Billerciay blacksmith and James Slack of Great Easton husbdmn. on 6 September 42 Elizabeth at Billericay took eleven steers worth £22 of John Westley and three other steers worth £6 of William Mosse and John Wakelyn.

Moses Gyppes and George Harvye, both of Coggeshall Weavers, on 6 December 43 Elizabeth at Easthorne" took five ducks worth 3s.4d. of John Bynder.

John Beachen of Coggeshall weaver on 23 December 43 Elizabeth at Stisted took a measure of wheat worth 3s. of William Mannyng.

Simon Simon Lynckhorne of Stanstead Mountfitchet labourer on 5 July 42 Elizabeth there took six wethers, three and three lambs worth 44s. of John Haydon.

Richard Waller of Brentwood [in such] Weald husbandman on 11 July 42 Elizabeth there took twelve lambs worth 12s. of Gabriel Cock.

James Deryvall of Telleshunt Darcy labourer on 12 October 42 Elizabeth there broke into the house of William Cavell and took a cloak worth 10s., c coral worth 3s. and two silver gilt rings worth 4s.

Thomas Quylter of writtle balcksmith on 11 August 42 Elizabeth there took a masure of wheat worth 5s. of Jeremy Weston esq.

Thomas Corbye of Sturmer labourer on 24 September [illegible] there took four ewes worth 4s. of John Mortlock

Henry London of Foxearth husbandman on 21 September 43 Elizabeth at Braintree took "too brase postenettes" worth 2s.6d. of John Taylcott.

James Hull of "Brentwood Wold" labourer on 1 November 42 Elizabeth at South Weald took fourteen sheep worth 40s. of Samuel Reynolds.

All pleaded not guilty; guilty, pleaded benefit of clergy. Severally read as clerks, etc.
