John Litlebury esq., for not repairing part of Heckford bridge in Stanway (for 2 months).

The inhabitants of Feering for not repairing the highway from Great Coggeshall to Earls Colne (for 6 months).

Matthew Marvin of Great Bentley for not scouring his ditch leading from Great Bentley towards Weeley parish (20 rods for 6 months).

Reynold Marvin of the same, for not scouring his waterditch against the highway form Great Bentley to Weeley whereby people are much "damnified" by want of free passage by reason of deluge of much water (20 rods for 6 months).

The same Matthew Marvin for "disannulling" the ordinary ancient and usual (market and church) footpath from Great Bentley to Weeley (for 6 months with a hedge).

George Noble of Great Bantley for ploughing up the ancient ordinary and usual footpaths in his lands called "the Parke" there (3 months).

Rich. Newland of Salcott for not carrying away a dunghill lying in the highway from Salcott church to Colchester 6 months).
